ODRI considers a disaster to be any occurrence which overwhelms the available local resources. On becoming aware that a disaster of a magnitude likely to benefit from our services has occurred, we will initially make contact with the Australian Consulate of the country concerned.

Equipment will be offered on the basis of "Free On Board" ex our Sydney warehouse.  It is likely that Consulates would refer such an offer to Ex-Patriot groups, to arrange funding for shipping costs. 

In the unlikely event of formal or informal bodies not being represented in Australia, ODRI would undertake fundraising activities, in accordance with the regulations of the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing, to secure shipping costs.  

We expect to be able to load all equipment within forty eight hours of a request for assistance.
